U9′s – great performance from NDG while losing to Crumlin, noticeable improvement especially from those attending Thursday training. MOM Jamie Duggan, hurling training Seagrange Park 5 – 6 pm on Thursday for U8′s – U10′s with Peter and Martin. U10′s – firstly we want to say a special thanks to Cian Grassick who turned out for the U10′s last week. A great game played in wonderful sunshine this Saturday, great display of hurling shown by both sets of players so much it ended in a draw 15pts each, well done everyone. Training as usual – Monday and Thursday. Well done to Sarah and Joyce who turned out for Lucan in the Gaelic for Mothers Leinster blitz in Kinnegad at the weekend. They played 6 games with a 4-1-1 results, Sarah is hoping to start a Gaelic for mothers in Na Dubh Ghall soon, details to follow. U9′s –

Thanks to Monicas for 4 great matches, best for NDG was Micheal Farrley & Jamie Burke. U9′s good performance against a strong Parnells side, best for NDG Billy Thornton. U10′s a good game of football had by all with NDG losing the battle 32pts to 15, we would like to say a big thank you to Clan Muire for giving us two of their players, well done guy’s and girl, training as usual – Monday and Thursday. U13 boys won the Sean Farrelly cup 4-7 to 3-4 against Ballyboughal, thanks for a great day and superb hosting and entertainment at the clubs family day. Club Notes

Our U9 hurling team lost 0-3pts to a very strong Good Council team, a great match was enjoyed by all and mom for NDG was Nathan Bruen. The U10 hurlers played in a blitz with great performance by all teams in a very competitive morning of hurling, St Maurs came out victors, well done lads, the coaches would like to give a warm welcome to Ben Murrin who played his first hurling match for the u10′s, well done and welcome back to Andrew Nealon who returned to the club. Football training on Monday night and hurling on Thursday night in Seagrange Park. A valiant effort by the Dublin Ladies U14 team saw them lose out to Galway by 1pt in the All Ireland Final last Saturday, the mentors and players all done themselves and Dublin proud. Well done to all, they say “you have to lose one to win one”, roll on next year. .

Club Notes

U8′s, thanks to Parnells for a great match, well done to the whole team, best for NDG was Anna and Daniel McManus. Training moved to St Peters and Paul’s school 6 – 7pm on Tuesday evenings. U9′s beat St Finians by 26 points to 4, mom for NDG was Richie Wynne. U10 a great performance by both sets of players in very hot conditions with NDG coming out on top 2-9 to 0-5., well done lads and lady for a great game and some great inter passing, Most imp. player is Dylan Bennett, well done Dylan keep the good work going, mom the whole team as they battled through very hot conditions, well done everyone. The very best of luck to the Dublin ladies U14 team who are in the All Ireland final on Saturday 12th June in Kiltoom at 3.45 good luck girls.
