Our Under 14′s were in action on Saturday at 3 o’clock in the Racecourse Park and what a game it was against O’Tooles GAA. Our team got off to a flying start securing 2 goals very quickly from the throw in. It was not long after that when we got another point from Cian Hayes. It was a great game with both sides putting on a great show in the art of Gaelic football. But the difference on the day was Ecstasy breaking up O’Tooles runs through the middle and his ability to carry the ball forward and getting it into the hands of Cian Hayes who picked up some fine scores on the day. The final score na Dubh Ghall 5 goals and 4 points to O’Tooles 2 goals and 4 points. Well done lads great win!

Under 14′s Match Report 18th of February
What an outstanding game of football took place last Saturday in the Racecourse Park, NDG played league leaders Liffey Gaels and Good Council mixed together. It was like David vs Goliath, what an epic battle took place. At our previous matches we were sadly defeated but closing the gap at every encounter eventually led us to victory. All our hard work and training has finally paid off with a huge team display. Outstanding display from our keeper Dylan Adam to keep a clean sheet. We were well protected by the back line. Our forwards were firing at all cylinders with some All Ireland match winning scores from Ciaran O’Daly.
In the dying minutes of the match Shane Boyne scored a goal to ensure they weren’t coming back. Huge congrats to Martin and the boys and best of luck this weekend when they take on O’Tooles at 3pm in the Racecourse Park all support welcome we are guaranteeing it to be a thrilling encounter.
