Last Friday we hosted our annual Halloween disco! We had spooky tunes, a packed dance floor and some incredible costumes. Of course there was some prizes for the best dressed and here they are.

A huge thank you to Baldoyle Youth Club for allowing us use of the hall and to DJ Ray from Road Entertainment for being our wonderful MC and DJ, we cannot recommend him enough. Now Halloween is out of the way…. the Christmas disco is next! Keep your eyes peeled.

Due to unforseen circumstances tomorrows Under 8 training session in the Racecourse Park has been cancelled.

A reminder that we are holding a Halloween Camp in two weeks time. Spaces are filling up fast so contact Mark on 086-8394131 to book a space! 

We are delighted to announce that in the coming months we are launching our own club clothing with O’Neills. We love seeing our teams wearing our crest proudly and we want to expand further which means this range will cater to adults as well as children.

It would also be an ideal gift this Christmas for any of the children who play on our team, we know Christmas isn’t for a long time yet but it’s never too early to get the thinking cap on.

Order forms and price lists will be distributed to each of our teams in the coming week. If any of our friends on Facebook would like to order some club gear, which a few of you have already asked then I would suggest to drop us a private message and we will drop an order form and price list to you.

Na Dubh Ghall are delighted to announce a new date for our Family Fun Day which was postponed due to bad weather. Taking place this weekend we are inviting all the residents from Baldoyle and the surrounding areas to come down and enjoy what our community has to offer. There will be plenty of fun for all the family!

Match Report:
What a great game was played on Saturday at the Racecourse Park between Na Dubh Ghall and Liffey Geals it was a game worthy of Croke Park. It was sixty mintues of excellent skill it went from end to end. We were 3 points down then came a wonderful goal from Conor Gibney to level the game, it went score for score with outstanding performances from Cian Curley, Ciaran O’Daly, Nathan Melia and Dylan Adams in goal, but unfortunately it was not our day as they scored a point with the last kick in the game. We are so proud of the effort the team put in, not in just this match but all season and are looking forward to the rest of our games! See our Facebook page for more photographs of the game!
